Shingek-eye no Kyojin eye sketches

hey hey! i'm still here! school has been kickin my butt lately but I'm finally on Spring Break! but in the mean time, I did a little sketching here and there to keep my sanity. 

to take a break from homework, I picked my favorite eyes from "Shingeki no Kyojin" anime, found the quote from the scene or character, and did my best to draw them (no tracing, I promise!)

One of my favorite design elements of "Shingeki no Kyojin" is their eyes. they can have some the most intense and/or beautiful eyes of any anime I've seen. I love the expression, emotion, and personality they portray for each character and scene. For example, that super intense eye in the bottom right is from my baby/favorite character, Armin when he was trying to save everyone from crazy Captain Cannonball using his words!
